So who are the other smiling
faces you see in the kitchen and playing frisbee on the lawn? It's
our short-term staff participating in either a work-exchange or
an internship program. Most of our short-termers stay between one
and three months, offering their services in the kitchen and garden,
and also where they may have any other special skills. The pool
decking, much of our apricot jam and this website were
all created by the folks in our work-exchange program. They are
an essential part of our operation.
We are always recruiting for short-term staff. If you or someone
